Future Leaders celebrate April holidays and the start of spring break

Spring is in the air, and our Future Leaders gathered in the gymnasium for a celebration and the beginning of spring break.

April is the time when Staten Islanders begin to feel the spring. The cold and snow of winter gradually give way to warmer and sunnier days. The trees and flowers start to bloom, creating a colorful and fragrant scenery. April is also the time of many holidays, like Passover, Easter, and Ramadan. These holidays celebrate different aspects of faith, culture, and history. They are occasions for families and friends to gather, share meals, exchange gifts, and express gratitude. April is a month of joy and renewal for Staten Islanders of diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
